I helped scale the company from a team of 30 to 700+ people (and growing) and also have experience in ERP and HRMS implementation, procurement, Ts & Cs review, stock options, 409A valuations, employee benefits, Cal Competes Tax Credit (CCTC) program, Sales Tax Exclusion (STE) program, and other R&D tax programs.
