As Tampa Co-Chair of Women in Tech & Entrepreneurship (WTE), I help lead the growth and engagement of our local chapter—creating a space where women in business, tech, and leadership can connect beyond titles, collaborate with intention, and feel genuinely supported in their personal and professional journeys.I co-host our monthly gatherings, spark community both online and offline, and organize connection-driven meetups that go beyond surface-level networking. Whether it’s introducing members, facilitating collaborations, or simply holding space for real conversations—I show up with one goal: to make sure every woman feels seen, supported, and empowered to grow.This role naturally aligns with my work as a leadership coach, where I help high-achieving women break free from burnout, perfectionism, and performance pressure so they can lead with clarity, confidence, and authentic impact. WTE gives me the opportunity to extend that mission in a community setting—championing real connection, emotional presence, and the kind of leadership that doesn’t require you to prove your worth to be valuable.WTE is more than a network—it’s a community of powerhouse women building, evolving, and leading on their own terms. I’m honored to help grow that impact in Tampa.

I work with people at pivotal moments, when clarity, trust, and sound judgment matter most.For over 20 years, I’ve led teams, advised leaders, and worked closely with clients during moments that required steady leadership and clear communication. I grew from part-time roles into senior leadership, mentoring women, building high-performing teams, and delivering results in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.Along the way, I experienced what many high-performing women face. Success on the outside paired with exhaustion, pressure, and a gradual loss of alignment on the inside. Losing my mother became my turning point. It reshaped how I see the world, how I approach relationships, and the standards I hold for how I show up in every area of my life.That shift led me to build my own effective, proven approach to leadership and personal alignment, grounded in real-world experience rather than theory.Today, my work shows up across two aligned paths: I coach high-performing women navigating leadership growth, transition, or change, helping them move out of pressure-driven patterns and lead with greater clarity, presence, and confidence. I also help clients navigate major life and real estate decisions with transparency, clear communication, and consistent follow-through, so they can move forward feeling informed and confident.Over the years, I’ve supported leaders and clients through career transitions, high-pressure roles, personal loss, and major life decisions, helping them move forward with clarity and confidence.Across every role I’ve held, the throughline stays the same.
