ABOUT ROXANNE GAYLE
I fell in love with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) after my first practicum experience at the Kalamazoo Autism Center where I learned that the most rewarding things are sometimes the smallest successes. I believe that each child should have an individualized education plan because no two children learn in the same way. Methods of care should be guided by best practice and should be equitable, ethical, and accessible for all. Laughter comes before learning and every individual, no matter what their skill set, can reach their full potential through the use of ABA services.
