WHO IS ROXANE? I’m someone who is known for taking an unconventional path into the rewarding world of 3rd party risk management (TPRM). During my transition to Atlanta, GA, I managed to land my current role with Voya Financial. This is where I’ve engineered a world-class 3rd party risk management program while developing a smooth workflow for internal partners. WHAT HAS ROXANE ACCOMPLISHED? VOYA FINANCIAL: Exercised 3rd party risk management capabilities to draw out interim and regular monitoring strategy for initiating projected financial reviews regarding high-risk 3rd parties experiencing issues due to COVID-19. INCOMM: Oversaw a $14M portfolio of 3rd and 4th party coalitions, including American Express (Gift and Serve), IT, Enterprise Security, Procurement, HR, Marketing, and Legal. SUNTRUST BANK: Applied eagle eye to identify and remediate $2M 3rd party billing error. THE NEXT IT GIRL: Currently, the Atlanta Chapter Lead and focused on closing the gender and racial gap in the tech industry through workshops, mentorship, and career readiness for young women (ages 8 to 22) of color. I love challenging the status quo, which led me to complete the Atlanta 13.1 Half Marathon and the Tough Mudder Competition. My greatest reward is knowing that every day, my talents are used to spark a change that will inspire not only my peers, but also my biggest heros, Layla Rose and Arielle Elara (my daughters).
