SLIMOP Space es una compañía de base tecnológica, proyecto de I+D+i, de reciente creación en Barcelona en el marco de la New Space Economy. Tenemos como objetivo, desarrollar nuevos sistemas ópticos super ligeros para su integración como telescopios orbitales en diferentes aplicaciones de uso en satélites, minisatélites y nanosatélites SLIMOP lo formamos un equipo de profesionales con larga experiencia en proyectos de innovación tecnológica en diversas áreas de la industria aeronáutica y del espacio, y contamos con el soporte de instituciones y laboratorios líderes en el sector. En esta primera fase ya avanzada, en SLIMOP impulsamos la investigación y desarrollo -I+D+i- de una serie de nuevos materiales configurados para uso óptico en telescopios orbitales, cuyos resultados serán protegidos con las correspondientes patentes. Posteriormente iniciaremos la fabricación y licencia en sus diferentes aplicaciones y usos, especialmente para su integración en satélites, nanosatélites y CubeSats. English version SLIMOP is a technology-based company, recently created in Barcelona in the framework of the New Space Economy. Our goal is to develop new super lightweight optical systems for their integration as orbital telescopes in satellites, nanosatellites and CubeSats for different applications. SLIMOp is founded by a team of professionals with long experience in technological innovation projects in different areas of the aeronautical and space industry with the support of leading institutions and laboratories in the sector. In this first advanced phase, SLIMOP is involved in the research and development -R+D+i- of a series of new materials innovatively configured for optical use, the results of which will be protected with the corresponding patents. Subsequently, the company will start the manufacturing and licensing of its different applications and uses, especially for their integration in satellites, nanosatellites and CubeSats.
