About Roxana Sora

Roxans joined Seitlin/Marsh & McLennan Agency in 1973, and became a Property & Casualty producer in 1983. Her client base is mostly related to the construction industry, contractors, suppliers, residential/commercial builders, non-profits. She also provides personal insurance for the owners and leaders in these industries. In 2007, Roxy was named President of the Personal Lines/Private Client division. Along with her existing book of business, Roxy oversees the continued growth of the division, as well as continue to improve the services offered to its affluent clientele. She is also well versed in the personal insurance program of the affluent clients of Marsh & McLennan. Roxy’s dedication also extends to the community. For the last 13 years she has traveled on a yearly mission to build homes for the poverty stricken in Nicaragua with the Bridges to Community organization. Prior to that, Roxy traveled to the Dominican Republic for 10 years with a separate missionary group. She was also on the Board of the local branch of the Diabetes Association for 4 years.Roxy currently holds the Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designations. Roxy has been featured in the construction magazine, Nuevo Constructor and the Sun-Sentinel’s Manager Minute. She has also Co-chaired the Assurex Commercial Lines Global summit, and Chaired the AIG Florida Producer Council. She has also been a presenter of the training program she developed for new producers “Agent-In-Training” and her Audit Review process to the Sitkins 100, an organization that provides consulting to the insurance industry. Roxy was also part of the Innovation Advisory Council for Resource Pro, an insurance process outsourcing company. Roxy was voted one of South Florida\'s 25 Most Influential Women. In 2020 Roxy was named Businesswoman of the Year and Outstanding Corporate Leader by the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce.
