I am a senior at the University of Tennessee, pursuing a bachelor\'s degree in Sports Management with a minor in Business Administration.Throughout my career, I have worked in various roles that have equipped me with skills in critical thinking, customer service, organizational effectiveness, and infrastructure technologies. Each role has given me unique and valuable insights into event planning and the importance of partnerships for the sports industry.I would describe myself as extroverted, hardworking, loyal, and determined. I am always eager to help in any way I can and am very passionate about the field of sports. My life has always revolved around sports, and I am a strong advocate for how sports foster character development and unite communities. At the University of Tennessee, I have worked hard to be on the Dean\'s List and plan to maintain this achievement throughout my four years here.As I continue in sports management, I plan to apply what I have learned from my experiences and classes to gain a deeper understanding of the complexities of management. I am committed to using my skills and knowledge to make a positive impact in the field of sports management.

   I help support our Partner Services Managers by working to keep projects organized, relationships strong, and communication flowing. My role includes assisting with sponsorship proposals and renewals, handling day-to-day partner needs, and being hands-on with activations and events (from setup to breakdown). I work closely with our team to make sure partners feel supported, and everything comes together the way it should.
