ABOUT MICHAEL ROWLAND

Executive leader who builds and transforms mission-driven organizations. Over two decades, I\'ve progressed from creative leadership to enterprise strategy – building teams, redesigning structures, and making complex strategy executable. I thrive on ambiguous, high-stakes challenges where both strategic depth and creative problem-solving are required. At ALSAC/St. Jude, my journey has taken me from leading a 27-person creative team through major brand transformation and organizational redesign, to partnering with executive leadership on enterprise strategy.In 2012, the executive team recruited me to develop ALSAC\'s first comprehensive strategic plan – work I continued alongside my creative leadership roles through multiple planning cycles and leadership transitions. As Principal Advisor on the Enterprise Strategy team since 2022, I now focus full-time on making strategy understandable and actionable across our organization.My creative leadership background gives me a unique approach: I don\'t just develop strategies – I design them so organizations can grasp and execute them.
