Built and scaled Aditxt’s operational infrastructure from the ground up, overseeing internal operations, IT, compliance frameworks, and policy development to support scalable growth and mission execution. Leads and supports cross-functional efforts to negotiate contracts and settlements, manage vendor disputes and payment issues, and reduce operational and contractual risk. Contributes operational oversight to the activities of a CLIA- and CAP-accredited clinical laboratory, including infrastructure, compliance oversight, and ensuring ongoing operations meet regulatory standards.
