   Revinate is a remote-first global hospitality tech company with over 400 employees worldwide. Came to Revinate as part of an M&A with NAVIS and Go Moment. Promoted to HR Generalist assigned as lead on multiple post-merger integration HR initiatives to unify the processes of three merged companies within a six-month period while more than doubling employee headcount. These included: Onboarding & offboarding processes, selection and implementation of a digital file management system, selection and implementation of an automated compliance training system. and a new employee action/change process requiring HRIS configuration. Provide support to large Contact Center, Software Engineering, and Product Development business units, providing coaching to leaders, FMLA/ADA leave management, provide leaders with HR KPI data analysis, consultations on multi-state compliance and employee relations. Attrition in business units I help support has seen a significant reduction over the past year. As HR Coordinator worked closely with NAVIS VP of HR and HR Manager to support leadership of all business units. Maintained efficient oversight of multiple HR functions including: Designed and managed Pulse Surveys and synthesized resulting data into meaningful reports and presentations for C-Suite leaders. Created quarterly performance management check-in and review templates in Betterworks and Cornerstone applications. Onboarding : Created process for seamless onboarding of up to 60 new hires during Contact Center ramp ups. Established remote verification process using 3rd party vendor to ensure compliance. Offboarding: Processed all offboarding and managed equipment retrieval. Maintained company organizational charts Employee file management and Sharepoint intranet updates. Management and facilitation of the Safety Committee Provided breakouts for the annual merit review process Managed integrations between Greenhouse ATS and HRIS systems.
