At the beginning of 2024, I decided to follow my passion for skincare and embark on a journey to become a licensed esthetician. By August, I proudly completed my required education, received my license, and opened Second Born Skin.Prior to this exciting chapter, I dedicated over 25 years to the field of HR, where I witnessed the evolution of Corporate HR from a traditional role to a dynamic strategic partner in business. In my various roles as an HR Business Partner, Leader, and Coach, I built meaningful relationships and embraced a compassionate approach to collaborating with both leadership and employees. My focus has been on talent development, change management, organizational design, and aligning outcomes with the goals of the business, team, and individuals.As an HR Operations Leader, I gained extensive knowledge in benefits, HR systems, and compliance. I have successfully created and streamlined processes for HR departments, working collaboratively with key stakeholders to drive results.As a lifelong learner, I am genuinely passionate about helping others unlock their potential and discover their unique strengths. I’m excited to bring together my experience as a people leader, coach, and esthetician. My goal is to make a positive impact on everyone I meet, whether I\'m collaborating with an incredible People Team or working in the treatment room. I truly look forward to connecting with others and supporting them on their journeys.
