I always strive to complete each task to the best of my ability. Sometimes failure is inevitable, but not trying is laziness. At the very least you learn from your failures and it only makes you better.My time at CBS Radio is where I began to cultivate my work ethic. For 6 years I made sure that every event that I worked or coordinated was successful. I busted my ass for the company, my team and most importantly myself.I learned that time management and prioritization are key. I also noticed I push myself when it came to physical tasks; I\'m never afraid to get my hands dirty. Lastly, with a good team and a great leader nothing is impossible.At 93.5 KDAY I was able to sharpen my graphic design skills. I took on new tasks that I was uncomfortable with at first, but became second nature to me as soon as I got my rhythm.I had a passion for events and took on a role at Starry, Inc. to get back to basics and utilize all my skills working for a startup for the first time.My hope is to continue to grow and learn new things along the way.
