Experience
Lead Product Manager & Development- IT
Apr 2025 — Present · Atlanta, GA, US
Recently the IT organization within our side of Cricket Wireless consumed the Product Owner roles formerly in the Sales Operation. With that change came a pivot in my focus. I now sit in a role where I assess, analyze, refine, enhance and drive out the User Experience area of Retail IT. My responsibilities are to create a seamless, simple and effective experience for not just Customers and Sales Advocates, but Sales Leaders and HQ employees as well. I am responsible for driving teams to be user-centric and simplistic in their approach. I am still responsible for developing, managing and optimizing backlogs opportunities, just now through a UX/Human Factors lens. I also sit in a role where I help govern and prioritize the work intake for our development teams. I continue to strive to the goal of delivering products that meet the needs and exceed the expectations of our in store advocates, our cricket wide customers and AR leadership clients.I still help review and prioritize features and stories, but I have shifted my focus much more to identifying business problems that impact the day to day operations, and determining creative solutions to mitigate those issues. As I can, I spend time in the field using ethnographic based methods to observe and ascertain opportunities for digital, hardware and workflow improvement. I then collaborate with other technical solution leads to ensure alignment across products and other areas to align across programs, with the end goal of pushing simplistic fixes to market quickly.
