Wide and varied role but is concentrated in all aspects of the underwriting and valuation of assets including acquisitions, lease analysis and dispositions. As SVP for Underwriting, I have overall responsibility for the company’s underwriting activities for equity investments. In addition, this position establishes and implements underwriting policies, either prior to an acquisition or in subsequent intervals as a check and monitoring activity. I have oversight of four major areas including: i) managing the Analyst’s work on Acquisitions; ii) reviewing and analyzing new and renewal leases to determine their impact on the valuation of the property analyzing and valuing potential properties for Dispositions; iv) overseeing wholesale reviews, improvements and additions to the Probabilistic Risk Assessment Model (“PRAM”) plus completing quarterly Model Meetings; and v) completing Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Reporting.
