I\'m getting my Masters in Social Work (MSW) at Columbia University. I currently work with adults with developmental disabilities, which I absolutely love. In my specialized year of my masters, I will be participating in the Psychedelic Therapy Training Program (PTTP). Additionally, I look forward to working with queer and trans adults and couples.My experience is in psychology and product design. My background in research psychology gives me the tools to empathize with users’ pain points while remaining unbiased. My experience in product design helps me refine my design eye to create engaging interfaces that are accessible and help users accomplish their goals.Additionally, I am a documentary-style, wedding and events photographer.    Facilitate large and small group discussions and activities, via zoom and in-person for adults with developmental disabilities to help them build community with one another- Use a person-first approach when having individual sessions with a caseload of 16 clients to tailor the discussion around the client, rather than their diagnosis- Lead weekly finger knitting classes with a small group to teach participants a new skill and to create a community space that allows participants to build connections with each other.
