ABOUT ROVI BUENAVENTURA

I’m an experienced Inside Sales Supervisor with a background in technical sales, operations, and team leadership. I currently manage the Inside Sales team and warehouse operations for the Western Canada region at Proax, ensuring smooth workflows across Manitoba to BC. With seven years in inside sales and technical support, I’ve built my career around problem-solving, customer relationships, and improving processes. I also manage projects and coordinate production, which has strengthened my ability to streamline operations and drive efficiency. Lifelong learning is at the core of who I am—I’m always looking for opportunities to grow, which is why I’m currently pursuing a BTech in Technology Management at BCIT.
