Developing SaaS observability microservices using Golang and Java Spring Boot for the Tanzu Application Engine (TAE) solution. TAE facilitates deploying, operating, optimizing, maintaining, and observing critical business applications across public, private, and hybrid clouds. It provides users with visibility into all communication, transactions, and interactions between users and applications, applications and other applications, and services, all presented on a comprehensive dashboard in a simplified manner.I gained experience in creating a CI/CD pipeline for TAE features by automating various development activities such as static code analysis, unit/functional testing, building component binaries, running integration tests, E2E testing, and signing SRP images, among others. Additionally, I was involved in publishing the final binaries to image registries like ECR, Harbor, etc.I also contributed to developing Terraform scripts to provision fundamental resources such as EC2 instances, EKS clusters, VPCs, IAM roles, automating IT tests. Furthermore, I authored Ansible playbook to configure and install prerequisites necessary for setting up systems to execute E2E/IT tests.
