The early careers team manages roughly 40K applications for apprenticeship opportunities each year. I manage the team responsible for the recruitment of all Business & Technology apprentices at the BBC across ~15 schemes from Marketing & Law to Broadcast Engineering and Data Science. My role includes- Team strategy, management and development- Assessment lead for early careers, including assessment centre design and delivery- Senior stakeholder management- Managing the relationship with external assessment partners- Candidate pipeline management- Reporting (diversity data, trends, outcomes and targets)- Process design and change management- Designing and delivering training to hiring teams, business stakeholders and recruiters - Quality assurance- Outreach & candidate experience- Offer & onboarding
