About Rourke Robinson
I\'m a Finance and Real Estate major at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, with a strong interest in commercial real estate analysis and brokerage. I’ve always been drawn to the financial side of business and the impact real estate has on companies and communities. The mix of strategy, market trends, and relationship-building in the industry is what makes it exciting to me. Growing up around business-minded people, I developed an interest in problem-solving, deal-making, and understanding how companies make real estate decisions. Through past experiences leading teams and managing logistics—like organizing a local food drive—I built skills in organization, leadership, and decision-making, which translate well into real estate. My goal is to gain experience in investment sales, tenant representation, and property valuation, while developing strong relationships in the industry. I\'m always looking to learn, take on new challenges, and find ways to add value wherever I work.
