I\'m a CA Finalist currently pursuing my articleship in Transaction Advisory at Ahuja Valecha Associates. My work revolves around financial modeling, startup valuations (DCF, NAV), fundraising support, cap table analysis (including cross-border equity), and regulatory structuring under Overseas Investment frameworks.I’m driven by a need to understand the why behind everything I work on. Whether it’s structuring a merger or building a financial model, I believe clarity comes from context. This mindset allows me to approach each task with purpose, not just to execute, but to create lasting value for those relying on the outcome.Outside of work, I enjoy playing sports, traveling, and have recently picked up content creation as a creative outlet. I also love reading people’s opinions and perspectives, it’s a habit that keeps me grounded, curious, and open to new ways of thinking.
