Analyse business needs and develop tools (processes, procedure, guidelines, mapping) in support of the operations of the regional offices that support the educational childcare services (SGEE). Update, improve and optimize processes in consultation with operations. Develop tools and training activities for the onboarding and integration of new employees in the sub-department. Ensure an advisory role with the regional offices in terms of procedures implementation and use of tools.
