I am a Senior Technical Support Escalation Engineer at Microsoft, specializing in Exchange Online and Calendaring. I work closely with Support Engineers, Embedded Escalation Engineers, Product Groups, and account teams to replicate customer environments, accelerate bug fixes, and develop practical troubleshooting guidance - helping reduce resolution times and improve engineer readiness. My customer-first approach has earned multiple leadership recognitions for turning complex escalations into positive outcomes, and I’m passionate about mentoring peers and college hires.I hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Columbia College of Missouri and am currently pursuing an Executive MBA at the University of Texas at Dallas (Class of 2027).Outside of work, I’m a multi-instrumentalist who plays drums, bass, and keys at my local church.
