My career has taken me from managing education operations in a growing tech startup, to facilitating personal development courses for university students; from leading the people strategy for a health care clinic in Pakistan, to implementing learning and development systems in the DRC. Along this path there has been one common thread: I am driven to create a better future and to unlock people\'s potential. I am passionate about building community, grooving with a team, and facilitating workshops that lead to ah-ha! moments.
