B’more for Healthy Babies (BHB) Project Supported the monitoring and evaluation of the B’more for Healthy Babies (BHB) initiative in Baltimore, Maryland by leading community-based focus groups with Latina mothers to assess maternal and child health needs. Designed and translated Spanish-language focus group instruments to ensure cultural and linguistic relevance, navigated and secured Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval, and facilitated in-person group discussions to capture authentic perspectives.
