Recently stepped into a new role focusing on the community side of Audio Always’ original podcasts at MediaCityUK. I’m getting to know our audiences, understanding what they care about, and starting to build spaces where listeners feel genuinely connected to the shows and the personalities behind them. I’m working closely with hosts, producers, and the social team as we shape how each show shows up online and how we encourage conversations that feel real, fun, and welcoming. Early days, lots of ideas, very excited to get stuck in.
