About Ross Robison

Ross is a native of Wilmington, North Carolina and attended Cape Fear Academy. After graduation, he attended UNC-Wilmington where he received a BS degree from the Cameron School of Business and was also a member of the UNCW golf team.After UNC-Wilmington, Ross went on to attain his Masters in Accounting from North Carolina State University with a focus in Enterprise Risk Management. During his time at NC State, Ross served as a Graduate Assistant for the Enterprise Risk Management initiative at the university.After graduating from NC State, Ross worked for Deloitte Consulting with a focus in Regulatory & Operational Risk strategies with major financial institutions across the United States and Europe. Ross later joined Berkeley Capital Advisors specializing in the underwriting and sale of retail shopping centers and malls throughout the Southeast. During Ross\'s tenure at Berkley, he successfully completed numerous multi-tenant shopping center transactions worth more than $100M and underwrote more than $400M worth of income producing assets.Ross joined MECA Commercial in 2023 with the charge of growing the firm\'s Investment Sales and Tenant Representation practice. As an advisor at MECA, Ross\'s responsibilities include expanding the firm’s investor client base and assisting MECA\'s large pool of investors to achieve their goals and objectives. Ross specializes in the acquisition and disposition of single and multi-tenant investment grade retail properties. Ross also advises multiple national retailers through site selection for new store opportunities, acquisition of vacant or occupied property, assist through the permitting and development process, and eventual disposition through sale-leaseback strategies.Ross is a member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR) and is actively pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. He currently holds both an active CPA license with the North Carolina State Board of CPAs and a Real Estate Brokers License issued by the NC Real Estate Commission.Away from work, Ross enjoys spending most of his time on the golf course where he is a current member of Forest Creek Golf Club in Pinehurst, NC. If not on the golf course, you can find him on the beach in his hometown of Wilmington or spending time with friends and family, specifically his three nieces and nephews. Ross\'s unique combination of expertise, experience, and personal interests make him an asset to the MECA team and a trusted advisor to his clients in the commercial real estate industry.
