At Nutrition 101, my role as a Business Development Manager is centered on crafting sustainable food waste solutions tailored to each client\'s unique challenges. My expertise in building enduring customer relationships and solving complex challenges surrounding sustainability, supply chain integrity, and operational efficiency allows me to deliver comprehensive solutions across the entire food lifecycle.In my role, I help food manufacturers responsibly manage non-saleable food, byproducts, and returned goods through secure product destruction and verified chain-of-custody processes. By transforming waste and surplus ingredients into liquid or dry animal feed, we create reliable sources of energy and protein for livestock while reducing environmental impact.Our work focuses on maximizing landfill diversion through food upcycling, recycling, and repurposing strategies that turn waste into value. For materials that cannot be reused, we responsibly recycle steel, plastics, and other non-convertible products, ensuring regulatory compliance and environmental stewardship.We also support energy recovery initiatives by converting non-recyclable organic matter and wastewater into renewable energy from biomass—closing the loop on waste and contributing to a more circular economy.Driven by transparency, certification, and measurable outcomes, I’m passionate about helping food manufacturers and brands protect their products, their reputation, and the planet—while turning waste challenges into sustainable opportunities.
