We work with multifamily developers to maximize property values and functionality as it relates to door access, smart apartments, security cameras, fire and community-wide wifi. We discovered that the traditional process of multifamily design and construction does not serve the developer, property managers, maintenance people and residents very well. We are here to make that experience better across the nation by working with developers in the early stages of development.
