My team expanded the way our agents thought about offering retirement solutions via a comprehensive program that drove over $300 million in incremental rollovers, created a $1 billion market for a new solution from scratch and developed thought leadership that earned us access to new distribution channels. I also drove Customer Loyalty initiatives that drove over $50 million in incremental sales to New York Life\'s existing customer base, becoming a key growth driver in a relatively flat insurance industry.
