This satisfaction is consistently achieved not only through the aformetioned dedication to his clients, but additionally through his uncanny ability to approach any given problem, and lastly his through his near-obsessive knowledge of market trends and pricing strategies. Since 2010, Ross has served as one of Sotheby\'s hand selected full-time agents, and is backed by a dedicated and equally passionate staff who manage his business. August 2020 Ross partnered with Gary & Michelle Dolch who are founding members of Compass ATX. With yearly production exceeding 100M in volume, the three are dominant leaders in the industry and have a team who support their business.
