ABOUT ROSS MCLEAN

Senior, commercially astute logistics leader with experience of managing and improving financial and operational performance in a global business. I\'m a self-starter with the ability to develop strong relationships and influence decision making.I enjoy taking complex challenges, quickly understanding the key drivers and delivering elegant, simple solutions, that create exceptional outcomes for all stakeholder. With global exposure across all leading aspects of supply chain and logistics, I\'m able to address a wide range of topics, even if they fall outside of my core specialism\'s. I\'m a good all-rounder. I\'ve worked in numerous verticals, including Automotive, eCom, Food services and Retail. Technically minded, I often bridge the gaps between IT and the business.Commercially I\'ve worked at all levels, from small operationally budgets, national level P&L\'s, to large strategic costings and business case development. Leading smaller teams of direct reports, but in a large global business with a strong matrix structure, I\'ve developed the ability to develop high functioning teams, with a clear vision and the motivation to excel, I value helping others find success.
