ABOUT ROSS MCLANE

Making videos and taking pictures have always been something I\'ve enjoyed doing in my spare time, so when the opportunity presented itself to make this part of my career, I couldn\'t pass it up. I\'m currently working at Randstad as their video producer and content strategist. I spend a lot of time refining our digital strategy, writing scripts, and shooting & editing video. I also take the lead on a lot of photography based projects such as head-shots or stock imagery. My goal as a marketer is a simple one; to always add value. The ways in which we can do this are endless, so having an integrated and organized marketing approach is critical to my ability to make decisions supported by data VS assumptions, while A/B testing and iterations ensure we\'re always improving. To sum myself up, I take my job very seriously, but always manage to have a lot of fun doing it.
