   Responsible for ARAMARK’s contracted services for custodial, grounds and maintenance operations, including the management of up to 60 employees. Controlled annual ARAMARK and facility budgets of up to $2 million. • Completed an extensive survey of school campus grounds for a client, with an inventory of grounds and landscaping along with the equipment and work processes necessary for maintenance. Changes in equipment and work schedules were made as a result of the survey, improving quality and efficiency. • Implemented a monthly utility spreadsheet report for a client to more effectively monitor campus utility usage and cost. • Managed a quality custodial and grounds program, producing results worthy of a client contract extension in and Performance Recognition awards in 2001 and 2002. • Oversaw the addition of computer repair services to a facility contract in Was instrumental part of team that successfully negotiated the added service. Hired 3 computer repair technicians and implemented a centralized help desk to handle service requests. • Managed a pesticide certification program that included 35 certified employees. Taught courses to prepare employees for the certified applicator exam. Coordinated the employee pesticide recertification program. • Chaired a school division Hazard Communications committee. Committee was responsible for creating a centralized training program for all school division employees and for implementing a “MSDS on Demand” program.
