At Arup, I lead the People Insights & Automation function, where we combine advanced analytics with domain expertise to drive transformation across the global HR landscape. My role involves mentoring a team of analysts and Power Platform developers, delivering high-impact insights using Python, R, SQL, and Microsoft Power Platform.Having recently completed a First-Class Honours BSc in Data Science, I bring a rigorous foundation in statistics, machine learning, and data engineering to our work. I hold Graduate Statistician (GradStat) status with the Royal Statistical Society, recognising my formal training and practical experience in statistical methodology and data analysis. I focus on modernising processes, championing automation, and enabling self-service analytics—empowering the business to make smarter, faster decisions.We build scalable, data-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency and shape strategic workforce initiatives.
