About Ross Grady
I have 30+ years of experience in the IT industry. I currently manage developer tooling within IBM\'s CIO office. My squads manage a suite of tools including GitHub, Jira, SonarQube, and more. In many cases our on-prem instances of these tools are the largest such in the world.Previously, I spent 13 years in the realm of rapid product prototyping, as a manager of the Extreme Blue internship program at IBM. I recruited, hired & managed interns (developers & MBAs) to take product proposals from idea to reality in 12 weeks, including working prototypes & well-researched business plans.I have a lot of experience in Agile software development, design thinking, user-centered design, and management of the software development lifecycle. I have also conducted [literally] thousands of behavioral interviews, and hundreds of technical interviews.
