Ensures delivery of 27 classes weekly in three venues with a talent bench of 18 instructors. Maintains two fitness areas and equipment maintenance, ensures over 40 client sessions monthly and average of five member orientations weekly with four personal and floor trainers. Oversees the key community program of LiveSTRONG cancer survivors. Organizes and participates in member appreciation events and challenges. Assists with annual campaign of $180K branch goal.

ABOUT ROSS GOO

Ross Goo has been in the fitness industry for 27 years and has a diverse background in different exercise modalities from aqua fitness, to indoor cycling, to cardio kickboxing, to Pilates, to strength training and more. He has recently managed and coordinated fitness programs for The Bay Club, JCC, Plus One at LinkedIn corporate wellness centers across the US and in Canada, 24 Hour Fitness, Club One Fitness, Embarcadero YMCA, Bladium Sports Club, Bally Total Fitness, and Fitness Express. He has been a top salesperson at Tonal and the LendingClub. He was also a representative for the American Council on Exercise and did marketing for IDEA, the Association for Fitness Professionals. Ross is nationally certified in both personal fitness training and group fitness instruction through the American Council on Exercise. Ross also offers practical training for candidates entering the group fitness field. Ross is proud to have provided his practical training program abroad in Poland and Taiwan. He has trained thousands of individuals as a continuing education provider aids veteran instructors acquire new skills. He has been a master trainer for BOSU, Gravity with efi Sports Medicine and for X-Biking with Trixter North America. He has exhibited at industry trade shows for Trixter, Fitness Quest (BOSU), Matrix, and Peak Pilates. Ross also has acted as a programming consultant and has prepared business operation proposals and planning for companies like the San Diego Champions Hall of Fame Museum and the Aliso Viejo Community Activity Center.
