Manager with over 25 years of experience- Since 2016 as Senior Vice President Finance of Key Systems, Segment of dormakaba, a Swiss Stock exchanged-listed Group, world’s leading provider of groundbreaking, comprehensive solutions in the fast-growing security industry. The Group has a consolidated turnover of CHF 2,1 billion and employs around people in more than 50 countries - 20••••13 mainly in the role of Group Administration and Control Director in a multinational Italian company, operating in the field of architectural envelopes for buildings and interior systems listed at Milan Stock Exchange since to 2010 and presently controlled by a listed Japanese Industrial group (main figures of the company: consolidated turnover higher than Euro 1,3 billion, more than employees and 50 subsidiaries located in more than 30 countries of all the continents).In the period 20••••10 I held also the role of Manager responsible of the preparation of the financial documents of the company according to the law 262/2005. Furthermore for the period 20••••13 I held the role of member in the Board of Directors of some subsidiaries of the company. Finally, I was named Deputy CFO and Director of Control of Industrial Operations- 19••••05 in a primary international audit firm where I reached the position Audit Manager performing the traditional audit activity of financial statements and/or reporting packages, agreed upon procedures, due diligence, accounting assistance and listing procedures.
