Digital Forensics Team Leader Digital Forensic Investigator @Keith Borer Consultants

I manage a team of nine Digital Forensic Scientists to ensure the effective delivery of our services. I am responsible for developing the Digital area of the business, managing staff productivity levels and other departmental metrics, and addressing customer complaints. I also perform staff appraisals, including the setting of targets for the year. This includes management of large projects such as method validation for ISO17025 accreditation. The wellbeing of my team is very important to me, and I have received training in relation to Mental Health First Aid and Critical Incident Support. Given the often distressing nature of material within digital forensics, this is a very important aspect of maintaining a happy team. As a Digital Forensic Investigator, I undertake all types of forensic examination in relation to computer evidence. I utilise X-Ways, Axiom and other forensic software to analyse data. I specialise in reviewing complex IP address evidence and providing context for this. I am also Technical Manager for our ISO17025 accreditation in the Digital area.
