The client was a steel shipping marketplace service that needed an internal tool. We implemented Salesforce’s Order Management System by customizing the module to fit the client’s needs, defining automated and user-led processes, building and testing solutions, demo-ing the product to the client for feedback, and deploying to their test environment. The result was onboarding the Purchasing Team’s entire workflow into Salesforce for the first time and detailed reporting for the business.
