My areas of expertise include health care fraud and abuse laws, compliance program development and improvement, federal Stark law and state self-referral statutes, federal and state anti-kickback laws, HIPAA and other federal and state privacy, security, and medical records laws, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement rules and appeals, post-payment audit appeals, clinical trial agreements and clinical trial regulation, FDA regulation, federal open payments rules and state \"Sunshine Act\" and gift ban laws, corporate practice of medicine laws, accountable care organizations and value-based reimbursement arrangements, and telemedicine laws and reimbursement.
