Managed a project pipeline up to $150M of projects active in design and/or construction under both Hilton and Marriott flags and up to another 6 projects in some stage of acquisition. Facilitated complex development opportunities through the adaptive reuse of 110+ year old buildings into boutique hotels while serving multiple stakeholders such has the National Park Service, Marriott, driving a silver LEED certification and keeping the projects in budget. Selected and managed all aspects of the projects from hotel brand contacts, architects, consultants, general contractors, interior designers, procurement companies and government entities having jurisdiction.
