Strategic alignment with Vendors to interact and complete the customer project on time and on budget. Responsibilities include but not limited to supporting the profitable execution of the Business Plan for the Company and its Goals. Working with Regional Sales Management Team to execute the budgeted financial goals and providing strong growth through diversity. Ensuring that the Marketing and Sales Plans along with Key Accounts are implemented and focused through the RSM’s, Branch Managers and Sales Representatives.Lead Manager heading the Project Pursuit Group. This is an integrated team of Sales, Marketing, Engineering, SWAT and Contracts, who are 100% focused on Customers need to win large projects and removing the burden of bid complexities, along with placing our Company in a positive position to be their preferred supplier. Train, develop, coach and mentor Regional Sales staff, along with reviewing training programs that strengthen their position and tenure within the Company.
