As a change agent, I am dedicated to creating organizational synergy through the cultivation of individual strengths. Skilled at uncovering all the pieces, I excel at taking them apart and putting them back together in a way that’s current, relevant, and meaningful to the parties involved. I built my business on the foundation of nearly two decades of training and development work with Moen, North America’s #1 faucet brand. While with the Cleveland-based manufacturer, I spearheaded the creation of the company’s first-ever sales training curriculum. After crafting a high-potential sales leadership program that boosted the organization’s promotion rate to 90%, I branched out on my own. Grounded in a clear understanding of the demands and needs of a corporate setting, I leverage my background in instructional design and project management to drive performance and sustain positive change in a myriad of business environments.
