While working as a server during graduate school my favorite part of the serving process was getting a new table. These people didn\'t know me from Adam and my goal was always for them to walk out happy I was their server. Most times I was successful and developed a number of regular customers.I\'ve always been a relationship builder and have found this skillset to be my most vital asset in sales. I find joy in looking for new opportunities and having new conversations with people leading to longterm business relationships.In my current role I have the opportunity to build partnerships as well as manage others in doing the same across Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio and Kentucky.I\'ve used this skillset establishing relationships in Healthcare, Labor Unions, Insurance Companies, EAP’ and TPA’s just to name a few of the dozens of verticals I\'ve come to work with.
