ABOUT ROSSANNA FIGUERA

I’m the co-founder and CEO of Wafels & Dinges, a company that started with a single 1968 Chevy truck and grew into a legendary New York City brand. Our team scaled W&D into a multi-revenue stream business with retail locations, nationwide e-commerce, catering, and licensing — all while staying true to who we are. We take pride in creating magical moments for our customers and in improving public spaces with our award-winning products, which have been widely featured in national and international media and consistently ranked Best in Class. In 2016, as a way to give back to my home country, I founded Perros y Vainas, a gastro-social venture offering Venezuelan street food in NYC. By 2020, through a partnership with Alimenta Venezuela, we helped feed over 120 children daily in some of Caracas\' most impoverished slums.I have represented Venezuela at the United Nations as a diplomat. I worked on Wall Street, first in investment banking and later in executive search, advising top investment banks on leadership and talent. Later, as an executive coach, I supported high-level leaders through pressure, reinvention, and major transitions.I am an advocate for neuroinclusion. My passion project, All Minds Count, contributes to a world where neurodivergent humans thrive, free from labels, discrimination, and limiting beliefs.I believe that personal healing is the path to collective change. I’m a certified breathwork facilitator, a cannabis-assisted guide, and a graduate of the Core Psychedelic Practitioner Program at the Synthesis Institute in the Netherlands.
