As Delegate for Human Resources, I manage the job recruitment, selection, and promotion, developing, promoting, and enforcing personnel policies. I develop and maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures, promote employee career development and job training. I Identify and recommend areas of improvement to internal standard operating procedures. As Delegate for Marketing, I work in partnership with the Marketing Manager and the creative team, develop guides and directions to meet objectives for all advertising and public-­facing communications, including digital media. I present ideas and communicate about marketing programs and strategies. I manage digital advertising campaigns, social media and content marketing, measuring the performance of marketing campaigns. I develope strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
