ABOUT ROSS WILLIAMS

I’m an experienced and versatile Project / Programme Manager with strong commercial and change management experience and a proven track record in leading and delivering large-scale technical infrastructure and business change projects, consistently delivering projects on time and to budget throughout a successful 20-year career in the Energy and Water sectors. Able to adapt to different roles within Project / Programme Management and Change Delivery, I have also acquired a high degree of commercial and business development expertise through 8+ years as Commercial Manager, with experience in managing multi-million £ budgets, forecasting, analysing and tracking spend, and building successful client relationships to develop new and repeat business. I enjoy building positive working relationships and have extensive experience in stakeholder management; negotiating, influencing and supporting key stakeholders to overcome barriers and ensure buy-in to programme objectives. An experienced team leader, I’m experienced leading multi-discipline and international project teams and enjoy helping others develop their skills through delivering coaching and mentoring.
