Ross has been recognized for developing successful outsourced partnerships, across the Higher Education market, assisting campus leaders to navigate the outsourcing process, including CFO’s, VP’s of Finance, Presidents, Boards of Trustees, and Facilities Managers. He has expertise in Vested Outsourcing, collaborating with Clients to create partnerships based on their desired outcomes. He has developed uniquely customized facilities services programs for custodial, grounds, maintenance, operations, and energy management. Ross holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Electrical Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology and a Six-Sigma Green Belt.
