Lead Developer for a Global Leader in Insurance Brokering Working within a Scaled Agile environment, I’m the Lead Dev for a team consisting of; 4x Devs, 1x QA, 1x BA and 1x SM. The project has a total of 16 teams working along side each other to deliver a new insurance policy management system used by employees across the world.
