ABOUT ROSS VAN DER LINDEN
Ross Van der Linden is a Managing Director in Golub Capital’s Business Development Group, responsible for business development and fund marketing. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Van der Linden worked at Fusion Advisory Partners/StormHarbour Securities LP where he focused on M&A within the CLO and fund management sectors, as well as leading the firm’s new issue CLO practice. Previously, Mr. Van der Linden was a Director in the Financial Institutions Group and the Structured Credit Products Group at Wells Fargo. While at Wells Fargo, Mr. Van der Linden was part of the team that focused on structuring, underwriting, marketing and origination for both the CLO and corporate synthetic groups, and during the financial crisis he focused on advising asset managers on strategic alternatives and divestiture opportunities. Mr. Van der Linden began his investment banking career at First Union Securities as a member of the Emerging Assets Group of the Asset Securitization Division. Mr. Van der Linden received his BA in Economics from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, VA.
